How it works?
Step 1- Storage
You ship your stock to our modern secure warehouse facility in Ballymoney. Every business is different so there’s no minimum shipments, no minimum storage and no restrictions on parcel size.
Step 2-Order
Our logistics software connects to most e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce and NotOnTheHighSt in real time. That means we see your customer orders allowing us to fulfil quickly in the style you want. If you have additional leaflets, special boxes, custom labelling we can adjust to your requirements.
Step 3- Packing
We pick and pack the items on the order. With procedures in place to reduce human error we work quickly to professionally pack your items.
Step 4-Shipping
A solution that fits your business. From direct delivery from us to a 24 or 48 hour tracked delivery we keep your customer fully informed by email and/or text. Our experienced delivery drivers ensure quick and safe deliveries avoiding any confusion with your customer. Further afield our delivery partners are fully insured and regularly audited by us.
Returns
In the event of a return your customers can send their item to our warehouse. We can then accept and process this as per your procedure. E.g. Unopened/Undamaged items could be returned to stock, faulty items could be returned to you.
